Thomas Farrell Weaver & Okun on TVFarrell Weaver & Okun, Attorneys at Law, is run by Thomas N. Farrell. The firm has over 20 years of criminal law experience. Mr. Farrell began his criminal law career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office.

A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Mr. Farrell was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1991. Mr. Farrell has handled hundreds of criminal cases at all stages — from pre-arrest investigation through every possible appeal and applications for expungements and pardons. Mr. Farrell is a former Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County, where he was the head of the Post-Conviction Unit. Mr. Farrell is a former Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General working in Assets Forfeiture and Money Laundering Unit.
