Justin has litigated claim disputes and fought for his client’s rights and fair share within the estate on behalf of executors and beneficiaries. Justin writes legal documents for estate planning.
Justin maintains and urges the importance that people get their incapacitation decisions and dying wishes outlined in writing to help their loved ones care for them appropriately.
Throughout his career, Justin has demonstrated a commitment to legal education. Justin attended the 43rd National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law gaining experience and knowledge in trial advocacy.
